One of the most significant milestones for our business over the past six months has been achieving full ownership and aligning our leadership with our long-term vision. When Jenks Thirst LLC was founded, we partnered with others who helped us bring the brand to life and navigate the early stages of the journey. As the business naturally evolved, it became clear that a realignment was needed to fully support the strategic direction we envisioned for the brand.
To ensure the integrity and future success of the company, my wife and I made the decision to buy out the remaining shares, resulting in 100% ownership of the business. This transition has allowed us to move forward with greater focus, clarity, and unity—enabling us to make faster, more strategic decisions and fully commit to the mission and legacy we are building through Equanimity Tequila.
